All of our therapy services are available via secure video, so you can show up from home, the office, or anywhere private.
All you need is a phone, tablet, or laptop and a quiet space. We use HIPAA-compliant video through SimplePractice.
Telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person for most concerns, and for many people it's more convenient and easier to commit to.
