Dana is a licensed clinical social worker and certified ADHD coach with over 20 years of experience, including co-founding two mental health organizations in San Diego. She specializes in trauma, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, and neurodiversity, with a particular gift for helping clients untangle complex relational patterns and find clarity. Known for her warm, non-judgmental presence, Dana creates a space where clients genuinely feel seen, understood, and supported.

What a coaching engagement looks like

Free Discovery Call

A 20-minute conversation to understand your goals, answer your questions, and confirm that coaching is the right fit for where you are.

Define Your Focus

Together we'll clarify what success looks like, identify what's getting in the way, and map out a realistic plan for moving forward.

Regular Sessions

Weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute sessions: a consistent, accountable space to make progress, reflect, and adjust course as you grow.

Coaching Rate

$175

per 50-minute session

Life coaching is a self-pay service and is not billed through insurance. Packages and sliding scale options available. Ask us.

  • Coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions
  • Sessions are via secure telehealth: no commute, no waiting room
  • Free 20-minute discovery call before you commit
  • If therapy is a better fit, we'll tell you honestly
